January 30, join Friends of Albany Hill for the last Saturday of the month work party, 9:30-11:30am. We’ll be pulling more ivy in the oak woodland on the east side and the job should be easier now that rains have softened the soil. Meet at the meadow just south of Cerrito Creek (see link to map below). Gloves and tools provided but bring a favorite weeding tool if you like. Wear closed-toed shoes with good traction and clothes that can get muddy. Long pants and long sleeves recommended. We’ll work in a light rain, but moderate rain cancels.
